The Arc Dances
2nd and 4th Friday of every month
6:30 - 8:30pm
The Arc of Polk County presents a night of music and dancing for
children and adults at the Polk County Academy Building Gym.
The cost of this event is $3.00 for participants and caregivers get
in for free. Snacks & beverages will be available at an extra
charge. *Street shoes not allowed, so please bring your tennis
shoes or wear your favorite pair of dancing socks.

Wednesday's
4:10pm - 5:15pm
There will be an open swim at the Dallas, OR. Aquatic swim
center every Wednesday. The cost of this event is $3.50 for
participants and caregivers get in for free. *A lifeguard will be on
duty, but individuals are required to have supervision if
necessary.

Pizza Feed Sponsored by Papa Murphy's and Starbucks Prior to The
Arc Dance Sept 09, 2011
The Arc of Polk County is having a free pizza feed on Friday, September 9th at 5:30 p.m. at The Academy Building parking lot for individuals with I/DD and their family or caregiver. This event is graciously sponsored by Papa Murphy’s and Starbucks and will occur right before our routinely scheduled dance, which starts at 6:30 p.m. Please help spread the word by forwarding to your partners, or posting the attached flier at your site.
